About us

Johnny Wong and Miho Hirabayashi founded the design studio “FAK3” pronounced FAKE, focusing on bespoke projects in the fields of Interior, Architecture and Art. FAK3 has been awarded the American Architecture Prize for 'Best Residential Interior' for the project 'The Ribbon House'.

Philosophy

We create emotive experiences, stimulating the senses through the poetic blending of space, light and meticulous detailing from large developments to one-off small objects. 

Biography

Johnny Wong was born in Wales, and graduated from the Royal College of Art with a Masters of Architecture and Interiors, Kingston University and Winchester College of Art in England.

Miho Hirabayashi was born in Tokyo and completed her Architecture and Urban studies at the Architectural Association known as the AA school, and holds a visiting Assistant Professor position and Hong Kong University.
