Interior Designer

• 5+ years of experience 'on site' and production of shop drawings. Applicants with less experience will be considered as a assistant designer
• Technically minded, problem solving, organised and responsible
• Independent and able to run and coordinate interior fitting out projects
• Able to compile tender set of drawings and experience in FFE
• Proficient computer skills, AutoCAD, 3D max, Photoshop
• Chinese and English

Draftsman

• 5+ years of experience and production of tender and construction drawings. Applicants with less experience will be considered as an assistant
• Experienced in large scale hotel and development projects
• Communicate with all in-house parties and ensure all AutoCAD / technical drawings are properly produced
• Attentive to details, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.
• Chinese and English
