The satellite town of Tseung Kwan O in Hong Kong’s southern Sai Kung district has been steadily developing since its inception in the late 1980s. While primarily its residences have been targeted at mid income families, Wheelock Properties has unveiled Capri, its latest development that offering the Hong Kong developer’s trademark high quality construction. To give potential buyers a holistic feel for Capri’s design standards, it looked to award winning Hong Kong‐based FAK3 to design a 16,000 square foot sales office that includes showflats, a model of the clubhouse and a zone that showcases the luxury villas available.
